ISC1075 is a multidisciplinary science course. In this course, students will explore basic science principles as well as the process of science and its impact on human society, politics, philosophy and religion. This exploration will include the thoughts and ideas of natural science writers and philosophers. Employing a seminar format, students will also use case studies, readings, and published research to examine basic scientific principles and the process of scientific investigation.



This course fulfills the General Education Natural Science requirement for either a Life or Physical Science—3 Credits
